Integrating text message receipts

Hi, I’d like to integrate MMS message receipts to the ticket buying process – is it fairly easy to hook in to the system when a paypal payment has been confirmed? I’ll also want to set an option in the buying process so the customer can choose if they want an email or MMS receipt.

Hi Zoe,

Is it easy? Not sure about that but it should be possible as we have some hooks available that kick in after payment. If you are not a developer, you will likely need a developers assistance though, especially for the added option.

Regarding your account, did you register with a different email when purchasing? Did you create a new user account? This account has never purchased anything. If you cannot trace the details, please send a copy of your purchase receipt to sales at eventespresso dot com and we can look into it for you.
