If you are talking about custom questions and question groups, then the easiest thing to do would be to use phpmyadmin or the adminer plugin to export the 3 tables events_qst_group, events_qst_group_rel, and events_question from the old site and import those 3 tables into the new site. Note that doing so will wipe out any custom questions or question groups on the new site and replace them with the old site’s.
