I just purchased EE4 for your website so how do we 'activate' it.

I just purchased EE4 for your website so how do we ‘activate’ it. We started with the free version of Event Espresso but it didn’t seem to have the registration features as our other older website.
So I upgraded but n change……yet.

Hi Andrew,

Go to your account page here at eventespresso.com
On the right is your available downloads, click Event Espresso and it will download to your computer
In your WordPress site, go to Plugins and de-activate any older version of Event Espresso (e.g. the free one)
In your WordPress site, go to Plugins > Add New > then click upload.
Upload the zip file you downloaded.
Once done click activate.
