I work for a Center that’s signed up for an EE3 Business License, which I believe comes with support. I have the support key number, but none of us know how to contact Event Espresso when we want to call for support. I’ve looked all over your site and can’t find the information. I imagine it’s tied to the account of the person who purchased the Business License, but I’m the one who actively is using EE. Can someone please respond to let me know? Thank you.
The Premium support is indeed tied to the account holder. They can access support by logging in and posting on the Premium support forum.
