google map displays on pdf but not ticket page

when I launch the ticket everything displays correctly except for the google map image
/?ticket_launch=true&id=1088&r_id=25-57a1266af227c&html=true

when I download the ticket as a pdf the google map display correctly. what could be the issue?

I was able to solve this. for some reason I needed to re-save the ticket template in the edit templates section and it started displaying again.
