Getting that Update Message again.

Hi all,

I moved our site from one ISP to another and am now getting that “There is an automatic update for Event Espresso available but your Site License Key has not been set. Please go to the Event Espresso General Settings page to set your Site License Key. You can locate your license key from your account on the Event Espresso website.” message again.

PLEASE tell me I don’t have to reinstall everything again? Isn’t there an easier way to do this?

Hello Morag,

Sorry that you are getting these notices, but they appear when the domain doesnt match our records.

You do not need to reinstall anything.

I have reset the licence key for you. Head over to the General Settings, remove the key thats there (copy it first), save the options, re add the key back in and save.

That should resolve it for you, but if not let me know and I will look into it.
