We are using EE4 on our site and there are a bunch of errors in the console log: That looks like this:
Google Map geocode was not successful for the following reason: REQUEST_DENIED ee_gmap.js?ver=1.0:71
Geocoding Service: You must use an API key to authenticate each request to Google Maps Platform APIs. For additional information, please refer to http://g.co/dev/maps-no-account For more information on authentication and Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key js?key=:51
Considering it’s pointing to “ee_gmap.js” I’m assuming this is EE related. I have tried going to Event Espresso -> Venues -> Google Maps and setting “Activate Google Maps” to No. But the error is still there anyway. How do I get it to stop with these errors? I don’t need Google Maps or geocoding at all.

Never mind, I had to create and add an API key even though Activate Google Maps is set to No.
