General settings not updating on save EE4 Multisite

Hi there,
My general settings are not updating on save.
I run a site in multisite, but can’t change the currency as the location settings are not saving.
I can’t edit any of the settings in fact in the general settings area.
The settings will save and are editable in a subsite on the same domain.
All other functionality of the plugin are working fine.
Does anyone have the same issue?
