Can someone lead me to information on how to create a front-end management tool for the creation of events and managing attendees.

Hi,

We don’t have any specific information/guides on creating addons for EE4, though we have our developer docs here: http://code.eventespresso.com/

I would also suggest examining existing addons codebases to get an idea of how we interact with the core plugin.
