I bought business license with the installation and configuration and has proven to be fraudulent. Nobody has configured the program and just ask me more money to solve it!!
I am very sorry that you have not had a great start to your Event Espresso experience. Is there something that we have missed from the configuration?
My fellow support staff have spent time working with you via email to install and set up the plugin for you, discussing with you about your use of a non supported gateway and then setting up PayPal for your use.
This covers the initial set up cost you incurred.
The plugin and your theme conflicted. We referred you back to the theme developer or suggested the purchase of a Priority Support token to cover the cost of our support staff focusing on and fixing your issue which was not directly related to Event Espresso.
In the end, we resolved the issue for you for free.
As stated at the start, if there is something you feel we have missed from the configuration, please let me know and the team and myself can look into it
