Fields not appearing on registration form

Hi all, I’ve added “phone” to the default questions group but its not appearing on any of the registration forms on the website… its definitley not set to admin only – any ideas??

Do you have any caching in place?
Try adding it to the address information group or a custom group and adding that group to the event’s primary and additional attendees questions.
Can you provide a link to the registration page?
