I have done every option or reference online and nothing will make this work. All template featured image options are turned on, the custom post type is set to update, i refreshed the permalinks, even tried to rewrite the php file a bit to make it function.
It was working, then it suddenly was not. I have turned EVERY plugin in the wordpress system off and nothing works. I reinstalled core wordpress and espresso files, notta. HELP!!!!!!

Hi,
Can you check something for me please? go to http://www.YOURSITE.com/wp-admin/options.php (obviously change the YOURSITE.com to the correct site address) and search for image_default_link_type
If the box next to it is empty, please enter the word file there and save http://take.ms/CRtUL
Then check the featured image again.
