I have purchased the Events Table (Custom Templates Add-on). HI have other components installed by a developer previously. How do I finish installing this add-on so that I can call the EVENT_CUSTOM_VIEW.

I have downloaded and installed the add-on but not sure if any further configuration is required. The following shortcodes are still not working.
[EVENT_CUSTOM_VIEW]
[EVENT_CUSTOM_VIEW template_name=”recurring-dropdown”]

Hi Natick,
For [EVENT_CUSTOM_VIEW], what is showing on the page – the shortcode? nothing?
For [EVENT_CUSTOM_VIEW template_name=”recurring-dropdown”] do you have the Recurring Dropdown template installed and activated? It is a separate plugin.

I see only the shortcode on the page. Yes the plugin “Recurring Dropdown” purchased and installed. Anything else that needs to be done to get this working?
