Hello,
i have some pre sale questions:
in my client fitness club he have Classes like karate.
he want to allow clients to register first lesson sa free.
so waht i need is:
1. allow to clients select first event(lesson) free.
so when someone register to the first event(lesson), the system will create this client as user and will not allow the user to select more events until the admin will change the package(make paid member – membership for some Period time).
2. membership plans – allow admin to create membership plans for Period time. like: mouth, 3 month , 6 month, year and etc… so the client could register to events (lessons) during his membership plan only
3. client can register to the same event only once
4. if event is is canceled, send to all event members email,sms.

Hi,
While EE can do some of what you are asking, other parts would need third party plugins (membership) and/or custom development.
1) What I would do is use EE3 and the WP User Integration (Members) addon. This will allow you to make events accessible only if the user is logged into the site.
I would have one event that is open to the public that people can sign up to. The problem here is that they cannot select a specific event because they are locked behind a membership wall. As such if they sign up to the “free” event the admin will need to be aware of what date/event they really want and manually register them to that event or at least be aware of the +1 to the number registered.
That system is not perfect, but it is the closest I can get EE to work within your specific needs.
The plugin will not by default create a user, but we have a code snippet that can be used to do so.
If you go this route we would highly suggest using S2Member as we have a beta addon that can set the level at which member only events become accessible – the default is ANY logged in user.
2) This would require a third party plugin, such as S2Member
3) This would require custom development.
4) You can mass email all attendees in an event.
