Currently on our site, when a class (Event set up via Event Espresso) either sells out, or reaches the cut off day for registrations, it pulls from our class navigations and any grid. The url remains live, but it essentially drops from our website.
Is there any way to edit this?
Currently we have a workaround for when classes sell out where we re-publish the page, manipulate ticket amounts and remove the ticket display, but it would save some time for our registrar to not have to do that if possible. Also, students and instructors have requested that the class page stay up for the duration of the class. Is it possible to make that setting kick in on the last date/time instead of the end of ticket sales?
Within the WordPress admin, go to Event Espresso > Events > Templates > Event List Pages and set Display Expired Events to “Yes”.
Then, within the shortcodes you are using to create the grid on your pages, you can add the show_expired=true parameter.
Does that help?
