event times not displaying correctly

I tried all of the fixes according to this forum post:
https://eventespresso.com/topic/all-day-event-remove-start-or-end-times/

and nothing worked. This has shut down our website.

Is there a way to just not show the times after they click on register, this is where they are messing up and not showing up correctly?
