We previously requested help because we could not export all attendees anymore on EE – https://eventespresso.com/topic/event-espresso-export-all-attendees-not-working/#post-324986
Since we granted access to EE to our account our Event times are now broken, when we update them it switched back to the incorrect time this is severely impacting our business in a negative way and we will now be losing money on all courses.
I have attached a picture and video. We were told it was not possible that your company did anything to cause this but it happened only when you were allowed access. Our office team does not touch anything on EE other than viewing attendees, the EE page looks different as well. All times keep jumping forward 5 hours.
If someone contacts me directly I can attach a file. We sent multiple messages yesterday and had no reply. Please respond urgently.
The issue for exports is also still not resolved also. We have been asked for FTP but we are uncomfortable providing this information.
