That shows sold out. There is one ticket still available.
There is only one ticket in this category.
I added one to the number available. No luck
I added a completly new ticket in this category.
No Luck.
I made sure that category had not expired (sell until)

I Reset Ticket and Datetime Reserved Counts
I then saw a duplicate ticket.
I removed that duplicate and it works now.
All is good
