This is bizarre – I’ve not been receiving any registrations for any of my events lately and just had someone email to say why – they are not being brought to a payment gatweway. This page: http://nlpworks.com/the-wealthymind-program/wealthymind-sign-up/ Leads to this page:
And then the process dies…
Any help much appreciated!! |

Hello Hugh, This most commonly occurs when you have modified or old templates in wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates, which do not match (version wise) the plugin version. You can test this by renaming the espresso/templates folder to something different and see if the event-registration page kicks in properly, as currently it is just showing the shortcode. I would recommend that you update your version of Event Espresso and the add ons, many new features and fixes have been added since your version.
Also, as an aside, you have a jQuery error in custom.js, whilst it wont stop the site from working it will affect some of Event Espresso (and other plugins) functionality.

Thanks for your reply. I’m not quite sure how to update. For some reason EE seems to think I’m trying to run it in 2 places. I am not…but it won’t autoupdate. How can I rectify this?? Thanks! |
Hugh, Did you add your license key to a development server? Is there a space in the field where you entered the key? I reset your license key. Please try re-entering the license key, making sure there are no spaces, then see if the updates work. If not, please let us know so we can issue a new key. |

Thanks Seth and Dean, So it’s updated now, but no change to the problem. Meaning the shortcode is still showing on the page, with no registration possible. Any quick thoughts to solve this? I really have no clue how many people have put in their email and name thinking they have registered, but have not…and that’s a fairly urgent problem on this end. Thanks very much!! Hugh |

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this? If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Hi, Its WP Super Cache, it is caching the Event Espresso pages and that causes problems as our pages are dynamically generated. Event though now you will see the events on the event-registration page, you will still need to go through the WP Super Cache plugin and see if it is possible to exclude Event Espresso related pages, otherwise you will continue to face issues going forward. |
