Hi, I just recently updated EE and since about Oct. 31st ive been seeing registrations come through as “incomplete” notifications. Today I noticed I had not had a successful order since the 31st so I checked my CC processor and Mijireh and both had live payments, but the registrations in EE said pending payment. I went in and manually approved the transaction thus completing the chain reaction of approval and emails to admins and customer.
I then did a test order myself and confirmed the same result. Payment worked fine but the “transaction” was not marked as complete in EE thus blocking all confirmations, emails order completion steps.
I just processed the update from today and all is well again. I noticed the previous update sent the user to a different final page after paying. The new page looks great with the order details! Case close. All is working now. Thanks!
