I have a client that holds events around the country – we currently have the attendants receiving an email from a Constant Contact account then it sends them to our WP site where they fill out the form for the event – which is then sent to the clients email address.
This is OK for small events under 100 attendees but in the coming spring the events are going to get much larger (500 plus attendants). We need to create a collection system of the responses and information on the form in a manageable back end where the client can view statistics on who is coming and who isn’t at a glance. It also would be great if we could export that data to a csv file or similar format for viewing in Excel (outside the WP environment).
I would recommend taking a look at our SaaS product, EventSmart. If you want to keep your current WP site, and simply add EE4 onto it, we have a free version you can download and try. And you can try out the paid version of EE on our demo site.
