Hi

We have an issue with the latest version 3.1.30.7. The event registration page not parsing [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode.

The old site is working well at http://ietstraining.com/event-registration?ee=18 but we did some customization in our old plugin so applying latest version to site, we create duplicate site at http://ietstraining.com/staging/event-registration?ee=18 now after upgrading the latest version it not working. ( Still we have not applied our custom code in latest version )

We gone through almost all the forum regarding this issue and made suggested changes like below but it not working.

1) After upgrading plugin to latest version we checked and compare the all setting with the old site.

2) Create new page with the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode and apply that page to Main registration page.

3) Increase the WP memory limit.

many more….

Please advise.

Thanks

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Hi,

I cannot even access your event registration page, even from your dashboard as it is resulting in too many redirects http://d.pr/i/9m6R this occurred in both Chrome and Firefox.

Hi Dean

I think you are checking without query-string variable. Please try with below url.

http://ietstraining.com/staging/event-registration?ee=18

Thanks

Hi June,

I am concerned that the issue is due to the redirects, the fact that it is impossible to get the the basic event-registration page does not bode well. Individual events still require that page to be functional and accessible, which does not seem to be the case here.

The only issue (apart from the above) that I could find was that you are loading an older jQuery (1.7.1) instead of using your WordPress’ version. Whilst that may cause some issues, I cannot see it causing this one.

As such I would test this with the redirects resolved. If the issue persists then we can rule that out, but currently I believe it to be a major factor.

Hi

Thanks for checking. I found that the .htaccess file was conflict with the main site. I just place the basic rewrite rules of WP and it’s working well.

Thank again for helping me to short-out the issue.
