We have been having trouble using this code in our event description-
CLICK BELOW TO REGISTER OR VIEW YOUR CART:
[ESPRESSO_CART_LINK event_id=”1″ anchor=”Register for This Event”] [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK direct_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=”Redirecting to cart…”]
Sometimes it works and says this-
CLICK BELOW TO REGISTER OR VIEW YOUR CART:
Register
Sometimes we get the following error message-
Attention
We’re sorry. Either an error occurred or the event(s) you were attempting to register for may no longer be open for registration.
No changes have been made to the event between when it works and doesn’t. Sometimes it will work on one computer but not on another.
We spoke to Jon last night and he recommended removing the code and just displaying the registration form. This isn’t going to work. It doesn’t allow people to register multiple attendees, nor does it work with some of our events that have different pricing options.
Is there a way to make this code work or a different code we should be using?

Hi,
You shouldn’t need both of those shortcodes, just one. The first will show the view cart link when clicked, the second will redirect the user straight to the cart.
Are you updating the event_id and/or direct_to_cart numbers? These refer to the ID of the event, so if the event ID is 12 then those need to be 12, otherwise it can cause errors.
If those are correct, can you confirm that the events are indeed open and have available spaces and whether you have modified any of the template files?
