Hi – I am setting up an event (beginner) and when I test it I am receiving the ticket information as Admin, rather than the person buying the ticket. I have the “send payment confirmation” turned to yes and the fancy headers turned off etc…any ideas?? Thank you
When someone registers two emails are sent out, one to the admin and one to the person registering.
When testing do you complete the payment so the registrant is marked as Completed? If not, is the setting “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?” set to yes? (Event Espresso -> General Settings)
