EE4 Volume Discount for purchasing more than one event

Hi There,

I am looking for a way to add a discount if a customer purchases two specific events. I’ve found many threads on volume discounts but haven’t found anything too recent. The promotions add on may help some, but it doesn’t seem to have the necessary granularity. Is the volume discount functionality available or will it be soon?
