EE4 Registration Form Not Showing On Single Event Page

Hello! I’ve been building a WordPress theme from scratch and also integrating EE4 in the process. The page for a single event is showing the event details, but not the registration form. I feel as if there is something in my theme I’m missing, but im not sure what it is. The core wordpress files I have so far are: index, header, footer, single, page, functions, and sidebar. I’m currently not using the loop in my index.php file. Can someone provide some insight?
