EE4 Registration email – need to change recipient and add more info

Hi there
I run the website for our Chamber of Commerce, but while my email address is the site admin address, I have another admin who needs to receive the EE4 registration emails when someone registers for an event.

All was working well with EE3. She got the registration emails and the emails were ‘from’ the person who had registered.

Now I get the registration emails, and they are ‘from’ my other admin. She doesn’t get them at all and I have to forward every one to her. Also, we get the person’s name who has registered on the email, but not any contact details. How can I add the person’s email address, for example, into the registration email? And how I can I force EE to send my colleague the emails? Her address is listed in EE4 as the admin address for EE.

My colleague doesn’t log into the website so if she needs contact details I have to go into EE and get them for her. It’s not a good use of either of our work time the way it’s set up at the moment but I’m a bit unsure about what tags to put in where with the email.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

My apologies – I didn’t see the drop down menu at the side of each box in the message setup. I *THINK* I have fixed the problem.
