EE4 Paypal Pro Erros

I have installed and tested PayPal pro in sandbox mode, however now that the site has been pushed live, it is not accepting any payments. It is declining all credit cards.

The site has an SSL and we’re hosting at WPEngine.

We have used the classic API credentials which isn’t working. Did notice in our PayPal account we do have the option for a Rest API as well. Not sure if that will resolve the issue.

Any ideas on what might be causing the payments to fail?
