Go to Messages, fins the email/s you wish to modify and click the Primary Registrant or Registrant link in the Messenger columns.
Then you can edit the emails accordingly and remove the social media bits, and pretty much change the complete layout.
There is an email for the Admin, the Primary Registrant and (additional) Registrants. Each may need to be changed for each message type (Payment Received, Registration Approved, etc)
