EE4 – Event registration button not showing – Qty expired

Hi, the event registration button is no longer showing for my event, and “Expired” is displayed under Qty. The event is set for January, still shows as “upcoming” in event admin, tickets available are set to 800 and only 10 have been processed so far in testing. Is there another setting somewhere which could be causing this? Thanks

Hi Chris,

Have you set a quantity for the datetime as well as the ticket? They work in tandem so if the datetime limit maxes out the tickets will expire.

The other thing to look at would be the registration period dates, make sure they are still valid.
