EE4 Custom Email Template Not Showing.

Hi,

I have had no luck getting the “ticket notice” email to use my custom design.

I’ve created my own template, but that didn’t work, so instead I just modified the default template and that didn’t work either.

EE4 4.6.12.p
Wordpress is up to date.

Hi,

A few things to check:

Have you edited the Registrant message type as well as the Primary Registrant?

Have you selected the custom message in the event Notifications box? (screenshot http://take.ms/HbfRI)

I think that because you say you have edited the default message, you may not have edited both the Registrant and Primary Registrant messages.

Ah, I didn’t edit the Registrant before, just the Primary Registrant.

It’s working now, thank you!
