EE4 AuthorizeNet SIM / NMI Payment Gateway MD5 Hash Mismatch

We use the NMI gateway emulator with AuthorizeNet SIM. We’ve just upgraded to EE4 but when we test out payment, we get this error:

Hash mismatch
Reference ID: 40016402

We’ve already changed the gateway url’s to the proper settings but we can’t find where to put the MD5 hash. We can’t find any documentation or previous forum posts to assist with this.
