I’m selling tickets for an event with a few promotions going at the same time: A general early registration price (early-bird pricing promotion), an additional “returning participant” discount (with a promotional code) and a volume discount for groups of two or more.
Although I’ve allowed promotional codes, setup and selected one, the field for entering the promotional code doesn’t appear in the registration form. What have I borked?
Been using EE for a couple of years, but this is the first year we’ve tried volume discounts and early-bird pricing (though we have used promo codes in the past).
In the General settings page, the option “Allow discounts in the shopping cart?” needs to be set to yes, as you are using the cart system (Multiple Event Registration).
