Duplicate Event Payment Details & Event Registration Details emails

Are sent to our Registration people as well as the customer. It appears that most but not all of the transactions will get multiple confirmations. This is annoying to us as well as the customers.

This appears to have started after the last set of updates. We had configuration problem “Nothing in your Event Queue”, but with help from our host server, we flushed the cache and was able to process transactions again. Not long after that we started getting the duplicates.

We are hosted on Dreamhost, and their Varnage addon is deactivated.
We use Mijireh for our payment gateway.

We only get one “Order Confirmation” from the Mijireh/Converge interface, and there appears to be only one credit card payment per transaction (not per email!)
