Dreamhost can't support PHP 5.4.33 minimum

Hi Guys,

I’m having one of those really unlucky weeks, and just started getting a message that EE4 wants PHP minimum of 5.4.33, but Dreamhost only goes up to 5.4.20. They have no plans or ETA on doing this. I only just convinced my client to buy EE4 and Dreamhost (they are indeed listed on your recommended hosting providers).

The change log for EE4 doesn’t really list anything about PHP versions, when things were changed and why. Do you have that information? Is this warning something I can ignore? Do I have to revert EE4 and suffer with an upgrade notice?
