When I create an event, save it, then change its Event Status to DRAFT or its Is this an Active Event drop down to NO, then I can no longer see the event in my Event Overview screen. That page shows no records found, and the filters section at the top shows All Events (0). The record is still in the WP database.
Latest version of the premium 3.1.33 and latest version of wordpress.
Let me modify this to say…I think the default filtering display should show all Events…now that I figured out that they are just filtered out. Which is to say, er, em, duh, nevermind.
Sorry for the confusion, yes it is all about the filtering. It is meant to be a way to enable users to just see the currently active events first and to help speed up the dashboard for users with larger numbers of events.
I’m glad you got it figured out though.
