Hi Team,<br/> |

Hello Danielle, Event Espresso supports various payment processors (we call them payment gateways) such as PayPal, Authorize.net and more. These processors are what handle payment, Event Espresso itself does not deal with payments as such. Therefore you will need to use a payment gateway that supports visa electron cards. I believe PayPal does (at least I can pay with my Electron card). |

Hi Dean, |

Hello Danielle, That is somewhat correct, with PayPal the user can either log into their PayPal account and pay with funds or card. Or they can just pay with a card without needing an account. Other gateways support paying with cards via your site or theirs. Some, like paypal, take users away from your site in order to process the payments, others remain on your site, though you will generally need an SSL certificate in that case to help secure your site. Some gateways require you to be in a certain country (e.g. Stripe is for US and Canadian businesses only). Others like PayPal are international. Each gateway has its own rules and fees, so you would need to research the gateways in your locality to find one that works for you and is supported. To my knowledge, most of the gateways support visa cards. You may be best just setting up a PayPal account (you will need a business account with them, it’s free) and using that whilst you research other gateways, but of course it is up to you which gateway you use. |

Hi Dean, thank you a lot. I checked better and I saw that when you are redirected to paypal site in order to pay the ticket price, if you don’t have a paypal account, you can choice to pay with your card without creating an account. And it supports “PostePay”, so visa and visa electron card. |
