We are using EE3. We set up an event with multiple prices (e.g. “Adult” $20, “Child” $10, etc.). I can’t figure out how to get the price option to show up in the custom ticket template (i.e. the description part that goes with “Name 1”, “Name 2”, etc.). Is there a way to do that? Our tickets will be kinda useless unless we can tell which kind it is, but we don’t want to set up four separate events just to handle the four different prices.
You can display the ticket type name by using the [ticket_type] tag.
If you open up one of the default ticket templates, there are various tags that can be used, that will be replaced on the actual ticket with real data.
Are the tags listed in /wiki/custom-email-tags the same ones available for ticket templates? If so, maybe that page could get some extra wording to make that more obvious.
