Discounted price not showing in payment overview

Hi guys,

I’ve just seen that discounted prices are not showing in the payment overview page (I am using eway). The attached screen shot (http://awesomescreenshot.com/0ad1bsgqb9) was from a reminder email that was issued and that is the link back to the payment option page. It’s showing the workshop at full price, though a 15% discount has been applied.

When I view the customer’s (non-complete) registration from the admin side, I can see that the price is indeed 140.25 as it should be. Interestingly, I believe the customer is charged the correct amount. It’s just being displayed incorrectly here which is putting them off, understandably.

Any idea why this might be?

Hi,

What sort of discount are you using? Promo code or Volume Discount?

Also, possibly unrelated but you never know, are any of the files in wp-content/espresso/uploads modified in any way? If not please rename the espresso folder to force the plugin to use the defaults. If old templates are left in there it can cause issues after updates.
