Disallow specific categories to cancel

Hello everyone,

Is there a way to disallow cancelation of specific categories? Or even better- disallow cancelations after 6pm the day before the event? If this is a major modification please give me an estimate on how long and I will buy the necessary support tokens.

Hi Clair,

There isn’t a wy to do that by default.

For us to look into it, you will need to submit a customisation request (Priority Support Tokens are not designed for this type of customisation).

This form will allow a developer to examine the issue and give more feedback and a more accurate costing.
