Hi,
I’m thinking of getting the Business licence for this plugin but wanted to check first:
We are running events where attendees need to print off their confirmation email and bring it as a ticket. Is there any way we can completely customise this email with our own design and logo OR send out their ticket via email separately with our custom design on?
I saw the ticketing add on is talking about QR codes etc, but we just need a good-ol-fashioned printed ticket.

Hi,
The emails re HTML so can be modified like any other post/email in WordPress – add in images etc, but of course it’s up to the recipient if they show images.
The ticketing add on could also work, if you don’t mind modifying a ticket template code. This will supply an HTML page with the ticket on and an option to download the PDF which they can print out.
