I have a customer running a Event Espresso 4.9.46.p. They are having issues downloading a list of attendees using the CSV export. I think I see the issue. When using Google Chrome exporting to CSV doesn’t download the file but rather renders directly in the browser. There isn’t an easy way to grab this file for the non tech savvy users. I’ve figured out 2 ways to workaround:
- Save Page As > Format: Website, HTML Only > Then renamed the file from .csv.htm to just .csv
- When viewing the CSV select view source. Now copy the contents and paste into a new file saving as a CSV file.
I suggest when exporting to trigger a download rather then redirect to the file directly.
