I am in need of help to set up custom invoices for my events. I am not amazing at event espresso as it was a program that was handed to us as someone left the role so we are completely self taught.
Our invoice has no colour or Logo on it even though there is one uploaded under payment methods, invoice and logo.
It is not centred and looks incredibly unprofessional.I keep seeing people say there are custom templates but we cannot find them. Nothing changes when we select a new style sheet either.
We just need a basic proffesional invoice set up and was hoping for some help??
I would advise you, if possible, to back up your site and update to the latest version of EE4 (4.6.19), to take advantage of the latest features and bug fixes.
The default Invoice Message (messages are what we call the different emails, invoices etc) looks something like this http://take.ms/MP9tl which is basic but professional.
If your invoice does not look like this, then you may be using a customised one. If necessary you can use the Reset Templates button in the Invoice editor to revert to default (this action is irreversible so use with caution!).
To find and edit the Invoice please:
Go to Messages menu
Look for Invoice in the list
Click the Purchaser link in the Messenger column*
Edit as necessary
Remember to save!
*Some messages has multiple versions, e.g. for the attendee, admin etc, the invoice should just have Purchaser
