Can EE4 do something like this with Events and People respectively?
1. http://screenforever.org.au/features/all-program/ – where all events are gallery-ised simply by Featured Image, and then you can have sublinks to the same but per category or type (http://screenforever.org.au/features/masterclasses/ for instance)
2. http://screenforever.org.au/features/all-speakers/ – the same for speakers. (http://screenforever.org.au/features/international-speakers/)
If so, then I’m willing to purchase! Thank you!

Thanks for your interest in Event Espresso.
1) For events yes, see this addon https://eventespresso.com/product/eea-events-grid-view-template/. It doesn’t work for categories though.
2) Sorry, we don’t have a grid system for speakers, it would have to be custom developed.
