Hi folks,
We have the business package and we installed EE3 on our site. We realized that we need the Contact Profiles & Contact list add on so we can have a one stop record of all of our customers.
It seems that this add on is only available on EE4. Which we are happy to move to but under the download section, I don’t see that add on.
Is it a separate add on we need to purchase? Also, to move to EE4, what are the steps? Just delete EE3 plugin and install EE4? And if we do that will that delete the current events we have added and settings we have tweaked?

Hi,
There is no Contact Profiles & Contact list add on, it is instead a feature built into EE4.
I would suggest checking out EE4 on a test site or over at our test drive site (http://demoee.org).
Upgrading is as simple as de-activating EE3, installing and activating EE4 and following the on screen prompts. Once done you can remove EE3.
Events etc will be ported over, though you may need to examine your settings as EE4 is quite different to EE3.
It is advisable to back up your site and database prior to upgrading as it can be used to revert back should you wish to.
