Confused about how to set up an event

Can someone help me, please. EE3 NOBTA.com. I have set up my event 3 different times with different elements of Event Espresso but nothing is working. HELP! At this point I have three different events set because I have different price points for my one “FUNCTION”. Example-My individual participants have the option of registering for 15 topics, but each topic has up to 4 levels. Each level would cost additional. My question is what is the best way to set up the “topics”, would they be questions, tickets or categories?

Example Price Point 1 – Susie wants to register for 4 topics and 2 levels in each topic. 4 topics x 2 levels each = 8 x $9.00 each, total would be $72.00.

Example Price Point 2 – Carol and Mary want to enter 1 topic x 2 levels each = 2 x 18.00 = 36.00

Example Price Point 3 – David wants to enter 1 topic x 2 levels $15.00 x 2= 30.00.

Does anyone have any idea how the best way to set this up is. Please tell me how this should work! Very frustrated!!!!!!
