Conflict with bbPress -ERROR: You do not have permission to create new topics.

We’re having trouble with EE decaf and BBpress. We get the error:

ERROR: You do not have permission to create new topics in BBpress

We’re having no luck getting direction from either company as they just refer back to the other company.
