This is on an event duplicated in EE3 3.1.37.1.P

Note we have a mod in our site as shown here:

That works better for us [don’t re-use event posts].

So when a users registers to the event, aka clicks a link that looks like:

…event-registration/?ee=183

That get to the page with a shortcode in it:

[ESPRESSO_EVENTS]

If they click the confirm registration link:

– it throws an error which says there are no slots available.
– but if you check the attendees, they are there.
– they don’t get their confirmation email.

So it certainly seems like the confirm registration page is trying to register them twice….

Note if I skip the confirm registration page; things seem to work swimmingly.
