That gateway is not one of our supported gateways, see here for a full list: https://eventespresso.com/features/payment-options/
Adding a gateway can be done, but it does require PHP knowledge as you will need to code a new gateway.
We have some basic documentation on how to do this, but as mentioned you will need coding knowledge.
We also offer a service to create new gateways, see here – https://eventespresso.com/rich-features/multiple-payment-options/custom-payment-gateway-development/
Please note that any gateway created by yourself or a third party, will need to be maintained by yourself or the third party.

I have a basic experience in php.
I saw that on request he created new but unfortunately too expensive for me.
