Hello,
We have two ticket types; Member and Guest. The Member must purchase the ticket for the guest. We had a situation where the Member purchased the Guest ticket on a subsequent visit. When they got to the attendee field(s) the primary registrant information was auto-populated in Attendee 1, they changed that information to the guest information which then changed the contact record for the primary Registrant.
I have tried to update the attendee information for only the Guest but can’t do it without changing the primary registrant info.
What can I do.
